What information is collected

This website collects the following types of information:

  • Contact form submissions — name, email address, organisation name, and message content when you complete the contact form. This is submitted via Web3Forms and delivered to the site owner.
  • Calendly bookings — name, email address, and any information you provide when booking a call through Calendly. This is subject to Calendly's privacy policy.
  • Analytics data — anonymised usage data collected via Google Analytics 4 (with IP anonymisation enabled) and Microsoft Clarity session recording. This includes pages visited, time on site, device type, and geographic region. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
  • Approximate location — IP-based country detection (via ipapi.co) is used solely to determine whether to display pricing in INR for Indian visitors. No location data is stored.

How information is used

Information collected through contact forms and Calendly is used exclusively to respond to enquiries and arrange conversations. It is not shared with third parties, used for marketing, or sold under any circumstances.

Analytics data is used to understand how the website is being used in aggregate — which pages are visited, how visitors navigate the site, and where technical issues may exist. No individual tracking is performed.

Data storage and retention

Contact form submissions are delivered via Web3Forms to the site owner and retained in email for as long as the professional relationship is active. No separate database of contact information is maintained. If you would like your information removed, use the contact form and it will be deleted within 30 days.
